If the problem is the USB chip in DFU mode please follow this tutorial:

https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/4408887452434-Flash-USB-to-serial-firmware-in-DFU-mode

This is the path to the folder with the .hex files should be:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\hardware\avr\1.8.5\firmwares\atmegaxxu2

for MINI use: UNO-dfu_and_usbserial_combined.hex

for MAXI or MEGA use: MEGA-dfu_and_usbserial_combined.hex

The safety operation limits are also defined in the pinouts:

0
– 13,2V (Vin=12V) / 0
– 26,4V (Vin=24V)

Hello in the pinouts that you can download in our web page you can see the following:

Automatic divider

Division ratio:
12V range: 3,06

24V range: 6,14

That indicates the ratio for the conversion when using the analog inputs 🙂
