    i got in contact a few hours later and everything is marvellously resolved 🙂

    admins, feel free to delete the thread. i’ve tried it already, but it didnt work out.

    Hi Lukas! oh, actually they replied to me via email a couple hours after posting this. i actually deleted this, but apearently wrongly so. now i’m in communication with them via email (the matter is not resolved)
