I’m doing a project using two Controllino Megas and have found a problem with the input terminals on one of them.

When I try to loosen the screw the internal chamber does not open and the screw tries to come up out of the block.

    This happens on inputs 0, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 17.

Is there a way to get them open or do I need to replace them?

Okay, I rang the Controllino guys today.

They said to open the terminal a little and press down a bit to try and free the terminals.

I did this and managed to fix all of them :)

I had to press them quite a few times (you’re flexing the PCB internally so don’t go crazy) but for each one I got a satisfying pop and the terminal opened.

Note to the Controllino guys: It would be great if you could squeeze in the modular connectors under the covers, this would also make tightening the terminals much less stressful
