Controllino temperature to high?

Hello!

I am using Controllino Maxi Automation in a new industrial project. The plc is active 24/5. I measured the temperature on the front surface and it was 45°C after 16 hours of activity. Is this too hot?

may I ask you what is the CONTROLLINO doing in your project, please? Is it sourcing so much current … I mean is there an obvious reason why it is getting hot?

One of the heat sources in the CONTROLLINO is the Ethernet chipset Wiznet. Is there an intensive LAN communication?
