    Hello
Currently I have a project to run pumps via PWM outputs.
The project runs well by using a CONTROLLINO Mini. Both pumps works great until yesterday.

Due to the costomer request to run six pumps instead of two pumps I have changed the setup:
Changed CONTROLLINO MINI to CONTROLLINO MEGA, connected both pumps to D0 and D1,
as done for the CONTROLLINO MINI, and modified the programm.

All in all this was an easy going until now, BUT ….

During the startup of the program a refill cyle for both pumps is executed.
This refill cycle work well by using the CONTROLLINO MINI.

By using the CONTROLLINO MEGA the OVL led indicates an overload.

    My question is:
How to bring the CONTROLLINO MEGA to the same system behaivior as the CONTROLLINO MINI.

    wbr Peter

      Hello Peter,

I will forward your question to our HW expert. Do you know the current consumption of the pump, please?

      Thanks,

      Lukas

          Hello Peter,

I am happy that it works now. Do you know what was the reason for the OVL?

          Thanks,

          Lukas

            Yes

The different internal resistors of the H-bridges.
