    Hello,

    I would like to read out RS-422 telegrams (0-5V levels). Is this possible with the Controllino Mini? Is the UART optically isolated to protect it from getting damaged?

    I checked the datasheet and the specs but can’t find this info

    Hello,

    no, CONTROLLINO UART is not insulated. It is connected to the processor only with serial resistance and EMC protection circuits.

    Please use some RS422 driver, it is the best way.
