Hello,
it seems that you have some interference at the serial line between USB/UART converter MCU and the main MCU.
Do you have any wires connected to the X1 pinheader, please? Especially to lines TXD, RXD or /RESET?
We have already investigated some issues with programming, but these were “permanent” and caused by some corrupted sketch uploaded in the device.
