    OVL problem

    Uploaded my first sketch to flash D0-D9 and R0-R14

    Program will only run while USB is plugged in

    12v applied, USB unplugged, program stops. (OVL is on)

    USB applied, 12v Not applied: Program Runs (OVL is off)

    Tried Reset Button

    Suggestions?
