Maxi Power 16A Output Relays Max rated DC voltage

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for a remote 48V DC PS switch and Controllino seemed the perfect open source option until I read through the instruction manual, setting the relays max switching DC voltage at 30V.

My question is wether the relays of the Maxi Power model could withstand up to 60V DC, given the purpose of application, or if you have any ideas of integrated solutions for this kind of need.

Hello Frank,

thank you for interesting about our CONTROLLINO. Datasheet of used relays specifies Maximum allowable DC voltage to 300 VDC. So in general yes, you can use it for 60V but not for the full current of 16A. Relay is specified to max. 480W switching power which is for applied 60V 8A only.

I double checked the datasheet, on which i find 30VDC again.

But I can’t find the Max Power specification neither, so I think I may be reading a shortened version. Can you share with me the datasheet you are reporting?

I think @Jarda means the datasheet of the used relays itself.
