Hotspot V1 – set-up can’t access dashboard

Deleted UserMay 9, 2022 at 5:38 pmJust got my hotspot V1. Found my IP for the hotspot. When I enter this into my browser it doesn’t take me to the dashboard but just requests a username and password in a standard browser input box.
Tech support do not seem to able to help and say my hotspot is running and it’s a network issue?!
The set up instructions on the website are quite vague – and google/YouTube searches come up with nothing.
I’ve set up the port forwarding and assigned a permanent IP address.
