    Hello,

    I am writting here, as I already tried every other option. I am seeking for help please somebody to do something.

    Me and my friends have ordered Controlino Hotspot V2 a few months ago and after months of waiting we decided to cancel the order as your company is delaying shipping. We want to invest our money in other way.

    So we have done everything we should, created an invoice and tried to cancel it. There is no answer anywhere.

    Invoice of cancelation was created in 05.May, I have wrote email to support, wrote on Facebook, Discord, Reddit, I also called on your company number but it was sending me directly to voicemail.

    What’s the problem here, can someone explain to me ? Everyone are playing dead.

    Can someone please contact me and handle the problem ?

    Yes, since I ordered and payed 2 Helium-Hotspots in January 2022 I got no answer regarding the shipping date. Now, after more than 4 months waiting, they canceled my contract without any reason and refunded my money.
    I complained against this behaviour but got no answer.
    Now I will sue them for damage and compensation.
