Digital Input Triggering another LED

I’ve discovered that an Analog Input (Using as a digital Input) is triggering the D8 led to light permanently when and the Digital input threshold is triggered.

Set-up

Controllino Maxi

24V input

A0 used as input(Also tried A1 and same thing happens)

When Input is triggered with 24 V, the D8 led lights up and remains lit even when 24v is removed from analog input. I have nothing in the code using D8 as an output; however, I am triggering R0 when A0 is triggered and turned off otherwise(this works just fine).There appears to be no output voltage on the screw terminal of D8 after the 24V is removed from A0, but the LED is still lit. Is this a known issue? What’s causing this? I have

Never mind. After thorough research looks like a D8 was being set in a library. Disregard for right now.
