Controllino MEGA TCP and RS485 connection

A HMI(Kinco) connected to a PLC(Controllino MEGA). It works fine, using the ModBus TCP protocol between HMI-PLC. I would like to connect an RS485 device to Controllino MEGA RS485 port, which has a different address (e.g. 50, PLC address is 1).

How can I read e.g. holdig registers of the RS485 device with addess 50 ?
