    Unfortunately, little support here either. I also had no answer to my question at Controllino itself.

    sorry for late reply. It sounds like a defect device. Have you sent it back for reclamation?

      Hi Lucas,

      I have another Automation bought and this works. I need the unit to control my swimmingpool.

      The defected unit is not returned yet, it seems the store is closed due covid unfortunately.
